HR ADMIN ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist in recruiting & staffing.
  • To update all employee records in the systems.
  • To prepare monthly HR statistics report.
  • Preparing HR letters & compilation of HR documents.
  • Documentations of all HR related letters into employee personal file.
  • Maintaining employee files & the HR filling system.

REQUIREMENT

  • Possess Diploma in Human Resource / Business Studies / Administration / Management or relevant field.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • At least 1-2 years minimum working experience in the related field.
  • Able to work independently.
