TNBR Graduate Executive Trainee Program (TNBR-GREAT)

TNBR-GREAT program aims to enhance the employability of graduates through exposure in the industry, based on workforce requirements, and to prepare them for future employment opportunities.

 

TNBR aspires to develop and train Malaysian graduates to acquire both soft skills and on-the-job skills to ensure they are employment-ready.

  1. Malaysian aged 28 years and below.

  2. Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent with CGPA 3.00 and above.

  3. SPM/SPMV with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics subjects and required to pass Islamic Education/Moral Education.

  4. Priority is given to those with low household income (B40 & M40 Income Types).
